Sesame Kale Chips

I get really excited when I find or create a super healthy recipe that my boys love as well. The recipe that I am about to share is one of those! These delicious kale chips are so easy to make and the taste and texture are so perfect! And super healthy! I began making these a few years ago as part of a cleanse that I was doing and have continued to make them ever since. In fact, the summer of 2012, Gavin (Gavin’s Garden) grew and sold kale at his farmers market stand (Prairie Street Farmers Market) and I had printed lots of copies of this recipe for customers and I know for a fact that a several got hooked on these tasty treats! I have heard of others trying to make kale chips but complaining of burning them. This is a fool proof recipe. I have done some research and found that many other kale chip recipes use a much higher over temperature and a shorter cook time, leading to a burned flavor. Give these great snacks a try! You may get hooked!
