Paleo Peach Mango Popsicles

These are a delicious summer time treat! Really they can be enjoyed any time of the year but I tend to try to eat with the seasons so we do these in the summer! The BEST thing about this recipe is that it’s sugar and dairy free! The boys love them and they are all healthy whole foods! WIN!!

IngredientsYou will need:

  • 3 fresh peaches
  • 3 ripe fresh mangoes, or the equivalent of 3 mango in frozen chunks
  • The juice of half of an orange

*I really prefer and promote using all organic and/or local foods whenever possible so I used all organic ingredients for mine!

1. Peel the mangos if using fresh. You can peel the peaches if you would like but I leave the peel on because the fruit peels contain a large amount of the nutrients.

2. Chop up the fruit and put it in a food processor. Squeeze the juice of half of an orange into the mix and blend. You can make this as smooth or as chunky as you would like.

3. Spoon the yummy mix into popsicle molds and freeze. They can be eaten after about 30 minutes in the freezer or left overnight.

*Note, if you don’t have molds, you can simply use cups with popsicle sticks and wooden kebab sticks. Be creative and utilize what you have. You could also make smaller ones by using ice cube trays.

Again, these are a truly healthy, delicious and fun treat! So much better than anything processed and full of sugar and preservatives!
EAT WELL~BE WELL!!
